Blue Finch Dental Invisalign Competition – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Blue Finch Dental Teeth Whitening Competition (“Competition”) is open to individuals who are over 18 years of age at the time of entry and are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Blue Finch Dental, Market Your Clinic Online, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

Entry Period: The Competition begins on 28 August, 2024 and ends on 23 August, 2024 (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter the Competition, individuals must sign up to the Blue Finch Dental mailing list through the designated sign-up form available on the Blue Finch Dental website and/or follow our Blue Finch Dental page on Facebook. Up to two entries per person are permitted (one through our mailing list and one through our Facebook page). Entries submitted through multiple email addresses or other fraudulent means will be disqualified. To protect against multiple entries, individuals must provide their first and last name when signing up, and the winner will be asked to provide ID to prove their identity.

Prize: The prize consists of one free Teeth Whitening treatment provided by Blue Finch Dental. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize may be donated to a friend or family member of the winner, but may not be sold.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted within seven days after the end of the Entry Period.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or social media channels within fourteen days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within fourteen days of being notified, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Blue Finch Dental.

Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the Competition, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising and marketing purposes.

Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and for sending emails to the participant from our mailing list. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Individuals may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, but must be subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.

Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Modification or Termination: Blue Finch Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
